This Privacy Policy describes how Scrubber ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Scrubber website at https://scrubber.md/. Scrubber and its supporting technologies are designed and developed for HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments.

Website information

This website is primarily informational. If you use the private demonstration request form, we collect your name, professional title, organization, work email, mobile phone number, and reason for interest so we can respond to your inquiry. We send a one-time verification code by text message to confirm the mobile number before the request can be submitted. Do not submit patient information or operative notes through the form.

Log and technical data

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and access times for security, troubleshooting, and site performance.

Private evaluation access

Scrubber software downloads are provided by invitation through a private evaluation access process. When you submit an access key, we validate it using server-side authorization. We do not store raw access keys. We may retain limited security-related records, such as salted IP fingerprints, timestamps, and download counts, to prevent abuse and support authorized evaluation use.

Evaluation downloads

If you download Scrubber software through the invitation-only evaluation process, standard web server logs may record the download event. Use of the Scrubber application is subject to your organization’s policies and any applicable agreement governing use of Scrubber.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

Healthcare information

This public website is not intended for the submission of protected health information. Please do not send patient information, operative notes, or other sensitive clinical data through general website contact channels or evaluation access requests.

Third-party services

Website hosting, infrastructure, and text-message delivery may be provided by third-party vendors acting on our behalf under appropriate agreements. The mobile number you provide for demonstration requests is used to send a one-time verification code and to contact you about that request.
